About Me

I am a 30+ year educator who is a certified guidance counselor and licensed clinical social worker. I completed Anne Arundel College's ICF certified Life and Engagement program in 2023.  My philosophy of counseling and coaching is to serve as a guide in helping you lead the life you've always wanted-it's anchors aweigh and moving forward. Working with a limited number of clients allows me the time to focus on your specific needs and situation.
